I could recreate this look by covering the face in white/silver face paint as a base and build it up until its shiny looking, i would also cover the lips and eyebrows.
My Second look is the mad hatter from 'Alice in wonderland'(2010)
This look is very bright and colorful, i could recreate this look by using white face paint base, going around the eyes with pink face paint or eye shadow and blue eye shadow for the eyelids and white mascara. I would use bright pink lipstick for the lips and pink face paint for the pink cheeks.
